Bakery Helper Job |
The bakery helper is responsible for assisting bakers and pastry chefs in the preparation and production of baked goods. This may include measuring and mixing ingredients, preparing doughs and batters, operating baking equipment, decorating finished products, and cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist bakers and pastry chefs in the preparation and production of baked goods
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and instructions
Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients

Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures and cooking times as needed

Clean and maintain the kitchen and equipment, including washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces
Receive and organize supplies and ingredients
