Driver Cum Van Salesman

Job Description:

As a Van Salesman for Al Ain, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our company's products while delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for driving a company-provided van to various locations within your assigned territory to meet sales targets and expand our customer base. Please find below the detailed job description:

Sales and Business Development:

• Actively sell and promote company products to potential customers, including retail stores, supermarkets, and other relevant outlets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Product Delivery and Distribution:

• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining the quality and freshness of goods.
• Manage inventory levels in the van to ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to plan efficient routes and schedules for product deliveries.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Establish a positive and professional relationship with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and invoices.
• Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the sales manager.
• Keep track of competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining sales records and reports.

Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary: AED 2500 per month

Commission: Commission structure will be provided based on individual sales performance.
